Returns & refunds

Many products on Bachpankart can be returned within the window shown on the product page (typically up to 7 days from delivery for eligible items).

Return eligibility depends on the product category and seller policy shown at checkout.

Before you return

• Keep items unused, with tags and original packaging where possible.
• Note the return window on your order confirmation and product page.
• Contact us if an item arrived damaged or incorrect — we’ll prioritise your case.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Prepaid orders are refunded after we receive and inspect the return; COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit as per our support team’s guidance.
